Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled for EVOXEN LLC ("Evoxen USA") by our supplier and fulfillment partner, 5 Core, from its warehouses. We pay the shipping costs of our supplier; the shipping charge you pay (if any) is shown before you pay.
1. United States

If shipping to your country is not possible after you order, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. General
- Prices and charges are in US dollars (USD); your bank may convert the amount and charge a foreign-transaction fee.
- Please check that your shipping address is correct. Contact us immediately if you need to change it; we cannot change an order once it has been dispatched.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you (or to a person you designate). If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
- Delivery times are estimates. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order (or an agreed date), you may cancel and receive a full refund.

3. 一般事項
- 價格與費用以美元（USD）計價；您的銀行可能進行換匯並收取海外交易手續費。
- 請確認配送地址正確。如需更改請立即聯絡我們；訂單出貨後即無法更改。
- 商品交付給您（或您指定的人）時，滅失風險移轉給您。如包裹遺失或到貨損壞，請聯絡我們，我們會補寄或退款。
- 送達時間為預估。如我們無法於下單後 30 天（或約定日期）內送達，您可取消訂單並獲全額退款。
